Tournament Standings

🥇 1st Place – Undefeated Champions

With a perfect record of three wins from three matches, Sealand finished at the top of the standings and claimed the tournament title in their first competitive outing.

Building the Foundations

While the results were impressive, the day was about far more than wins and losses.

Every player contributed to the success of the team, representing the Principality of Sealand with professionalism, sportsmanship, and determination.

The squad's willingness to learn, support one another, and improve throughout the tournament was evident in every match.

Most Valuable Player

⭐ MVP: Graeme Rothnie

Special recognition goes to Graeme Rothnie, who was named Most Valuable Player for his outstanding contribution throughout the tournament.

His performances, leadership, and consistency played a significant role in helping Sealand secure an undefeated championship-winning debut.

Congratulations, Graeme.

Looking Ahead

The Scotland Regional Open 2026 will always hold a special place in Sealand sporting history.

It was:

  • The first tournament in Sealand Dodgeball history
  • The first competitive appearance for the team
  • The first championship title

Most importantly, it provided a strong foundation upon which the programme can continue to grow.

There is still plenty to learn and improve, but this tournament showed exactly what this group is capable of achieving.

And if this debut is anything to go by, the future of Sealand Dodgeball looks incredibly bright.

This writeup was brought to you by Sealand's Dodgeball Queen, number 66, Jodie Wright, I can't wait to see where she takes the Sealandic Flag next.
