Can You Buy A Manorial Title?
Manorial titles, such as Lord of the Manor, are property rights rather than titles of nobility. They can be bought and sold in England and Wales as historic rights attached to a manor, but they do not make the holder a member of the nobility. The Principality of Sealand awards Noble Titles instead, from Lord or Lady to Duke or Duchess, each with a Deed of Title in your name. You can also add a Sealand Identity Card, a metallic silver ID card that fits in your wallet.

Sealand Noble Titles
Lords and Ladies: the most popular choice for gifts.
Barons and Baronesses: ranked above Lord and Lady, from a word for warrior.
Sirs and Dames: knight yourself or someone you love into The Sovereign Military Order of Sealand.
Counts and Countesses: traditionally associated with power and great wealth, and the second highest rank Sealand awards.
Dukes and Duchesses: the highest Noble Title the Principality of Sealand awards.
What's Included With A Sealand Noble Title
Classic packs include a gold-embossed parchment Deed of Title, a Sealand history and information pack, photos of the Principality and an official document holder. Premium packs add a frame and a Deed of Title signed by Sovereign Prince Michael of Sealand. Count or Countess and Duke or Duchess titles are signed and framed as standard, and Duke or Duchess adds an Italian leather folder and a personalised gold title card.
A Sealand Noble Title is awarded under the law of the Principality of Sealand. It is not a manorial title and not a title of the United Kingdom.
