DELIVERY

UK

• Free UK delivery for orders over £100 (excluding Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands).

• Express next working day delivery (£7.95) - orders must be placed before 2pm (Mon-Friday). Ireland will be charged a flat delivery charge of £25.

UK EXPRESS DELIVERY

We can only guarantee next working day delivery for the Express services if your order is placed before 2pm Monday - Friday. All orders placed after this time may take an extra 24 hours to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL

• USA & Canada (4-6 days)$25.00

• Australia (4-6 days)$67.50

• Europe (2-8 days)€18.00-€25.00 Rest if the world (4-8 days) £25.00-50.00

RETURNS POLICY

Sealand is dedicated to offering a high level of Customer Service. If you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt EXECPT for personalised item such as Titles, which cannot be refunded.

Please check your order upon receipt to ensure the item is the correct one you ordered. If after 14 days you discover the item to be incorrect you may be charged a re-stocking fee.

Please get in touch with our Customer Services Team on +44 XXXXXXXXXX between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am and 4pm Friday to arrange to return your goods. Please have your original order number to quote as proof of your purchase.

To qualify for a refund, the item/s must be in their original packaging, in an unused condition, complete with all parts and accessories. You will need to obtain a returns number to complete your returns form which needs to be enclosed in the parcel.

UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return of the item will be at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item. Once again you need to obtain a returns number from Customer Services to complete your returns form and the item/s must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Returns address xxx
