In a historic encounter on the gridiron, the Sealand Seahawks Masters tasted their first-ever defeat against the fearsome East Kilbride Pirates (and a few pals, apparently). It was a 06-22 loss, and while the score might reflect a tough battle, the Seahawks did what they do best – had a grand time of it!
True to Sealand's indomitable attitude, a legendary night out with their opponents may have resulted in some serious recruitment wins. Turns out, a taste of Sealand camaraderie on and off the field can have folks switching their colours just like that! We hear whispers about half the Pirates squad ready to join Sealand in the future. 😂
That brand new, feisty Seahawk's Women's squad showed up big time for a massive training session! Think raw talent, loads of enthusiasm, and enough energy to light up the whole of the North Sea. These ladies are gearing up for something special, and it's happening on the 2nd of November in Amsterdam – a clash against the mighty Dutch national team. Keep those calendars marked, folks!
What Sealand Does Best
Sure, Masters Seahawks might not have brought home a win that day, but who truly loses when you gain more friends, ignite some fresh passion, and embody the adventurous spirit of Sealand? Not the Seahawks, that's for certain.
Stay tuned for updates – these aren't just matches and training sessions. They're chapters in the grand Sealand sporting saga!
