We have chosen DPD UK as our trusted shipping carrier for international deliveries. They offer reliable and efficient services, including Air Express, Air Classic, Classic Parcel, Classic Express Pak, Two Day (ROI), DPD Direct - Tracked Mail shipping options. Your order will be shipped using one of these services based on the destination and availability.
We proudly offer international shipping to all countries serviced by DPD UK. However, please note that certain remote locations may have limited delivery options or longer transit times. If your shipping address falls into such a category, we will notify you promptly to discuss alternative arrangements.
The delivery timeframes for your order will depend on the DPD UK service chosen:
a. 2-day Delivery (UK only): Orders shipped using the 2-day delivery service aim to arrive within two business days after the package has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as unpredicted strikes and local delivery conditions.
b. Air Classic (international deliveries except for China): Orders shipped using the Air Classic service typically arrive within 3-6 business days after the package has been dispatched. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may arise, resulting in potential delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we appreciate your understanding if there are any exceptional circumstances that may affect the expected delivery timeframe.
c. Air Express (China only): Orders shipped using the Air Express delivery service generally arrive within 7-14 business days after the package has been dispatched. Again, please bear in mind that factors such as customs procedures and local delivery conditions may impact the delivery timeframe.
Order Processing Time:
Before your order is shipped, we require a processing time to pick, pack, and prepare your items for dispatch. The processing time typically ranges from 1-3 business days. Please note that this timeframe is separate from the estimated delivery timeframes mentioned above.
Tracking and Notifications:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the DPD UK tracking system. Additionally, we may send you periodic email updates regarding the status of your delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country's customs policies and regulations to avoid any surprises upon delivery.
Additional information at checkout:
Please note that Brazil, China, South Korea and Brazil may require additional information at the checkout.
Customers who receive shipments to China must add their resident ID number (People's Republic of China Resident Identity Card). If you do not have a resident ID number, then you can enter your passport number in the required fields at the checkout. Packages without a resident ID number or passport number provided at the checkout and inserted into the shipping label might be destroyed or returned.
Customers who receive shipments to South Korea must add their PCCC number at the checkout. Packages without a PCCC number provided and inserted into the shipping label might be destroyed or returned. If you don't have a PCCC number, then you can enter your passport number in this field.
Customers who receive shipments to Brazil must provide their Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas (CPF) or Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica (CNPJ) number at the checkout. If you don't have a CPF or CNPJ number, then you can enter your passport number at the checkout. Packages without a CPF/CNPJ provided at the checkout and inserted into the shipping label might be destroyed or returned.
Important: We are unable to edit any information provided at the checkout if you entered incorrect information (resident ID, passport number, PCCC or CPF/CNPJ where required). You must ensure you have provided the right information where required.
It is crucial to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We will not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check and ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalising your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at email@example.com. We will work with DPD UK to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue promptly. However, please note that we cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by DPD UK or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
